Connect with the FinTech Industry at the Africa FinTech Festival 2021
June 16 @ 12:00 am - 11:55 pm
Working in close collaboration with the Africa FinTech Network (AFN), the Mauritius Africa FinTech Hub (MAFH) brings you the 3rd Africa Fintech Festival edition, a concept launched by the AFN in 2018.
Themed “FinTech, Sustainability and Innovation – The power trio to fast-forward Africa’s growth”, the Festival will take place in a new 2-parts format over the year, with a fully virtual event happening in June and a hybrid version in October. With this new format, AFN and MAFH aim to help stakeholders better dive into the Pan-African FinTech movement that is happening right now and follow through!
We thank all those who joined us for the Africa FinTech Festival (AFF) 2021 Official Launch held on the 4th May, where we provided an overview of what the Festival is all about and what we intend to bring to the world!
We are now pleased to invite you to register for free for the first part of the AFF 2021, a 1-Day Virtual Event which will be held on the 16th June 2021. We are reuniting here stakeholders in the FinTech space to keep the conversation and works going between our Pan-African ecosystems!
The agenda is currently set with panel discussions around the following topics:
- Digital ID: Streamlining customer due diligence to enhance customer experience
- State of Blockchain and crypto asset regulations in Africa
- Empowering the Future: The importance of Digital Financial Literacy to build sustainable and ethical growth for the sector
- Digital Transformation in Banking
- Deepening access to financial services for African MSMEs
- Modernising the fight against financial crime
The topics may be subject to slight changes, and these will be updated live on the website along with confirmation of speakers, so please make sure to check in there for all latest information!
The event is open to all the stakeholders in the FinTech and allied fields including entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups, corporations, universities, financial service providers, tech companies, investors and regulators.
